Founder of Marquise Property Management, Ursula’s successful career in real estate started in 1988 and has ranged providing instruction to the real estate community to serving as Manager of Corporate Information Technology Group with Alain Pinel Realtors, Saratoga Ca.

Ursula enjoys an in-depth, personal knowledge of the Mid-Peninsula and South Bay Communities.  In addition to over 14 years experience working within the Silicon Valley real estate community, Ursula has enjoyed calling the Los Gatos area home for over 30 years.  Combining her detailed insight of the community with years of knowledge of the real estate industry, Ursula has always taken pride in creating customized services in property management.

Being a Saratoga native and receiving her real estate license in 1991, Leanne brings an wealth of knowledge to the property management community. Her years of experience in high tech sales, real estate sales with Intero Real Estate Services and construction management in the family's home building business; Popa Builders, Inc. all contribute to her strong business background as well as her interest to deliver the most reliable service to her customers.

Leanne understands the importance of the day to day commitments in property management as well as the dedication to offer the highest level of personalized service to achieve long term goals. She holds a B.S. in Business Management and Economics from Saint Mary's College in Moraga.

Harry Murray is the Broker of Record for Marquise Property Management while actively serving as Managing Officer of J. Rockcliff, Danville, Ca.

Harry brings a solid foundation of experience to his role at Marquise. In addition to having served as Vice President of Intero Real Estate Services, Harry was also Managing Officer of Intero in Saratoga, Ca. In 1990 Harry joined Alain Pinel Realtors Corparation as the Broker of Record, moving through the ranks to become Vice President and Directing Officer.
